Sarah Prescott is the Principal of the College of Arts and Humanities, University College Dublin. In addition to this project, she is currently co-writing volume three of the Oxford Literary History of Wales, with Professor Jane Aaron, as well as a further monograph on seventeenth and eighteenth-century women writers from Wales (funded by The British Academy). Her most recent publications have focused on women travel writers in Wales and the status of Katherine Philips as an Anglophone Welsh poet. Her most recent essay, ‘Archipelagic Coterie Space: Katherine Philips and Welsh Women’s Writing’ won the M. Wynn Thomas Essay Prize for 2013 and will be published in Tulsa Studies in Women’s Literature in 2014.
